James Stephens began trading as a fully qualified jewellery repair and manufacturer in 1988.
10 years later he expanded into the retail sector and opened James Stephens Jewellers in Church Walk, Crawley, in the beginning of 1998.

He has since opened a sister shop ‘Sarah James Jewellers’ in Carshalton, Surrey, which offers the same services as in Crawley.
